I wanted to use it, but it seemed super hard to do the cut out (that's what I do most of the time) considering how dark it was, so I gave up. lol What you did is a great idea :D

I got inspired by abyss_valkyrie's icon in the inspiration post (3 levels Star Wars icon).

I also tried the cut out technique (thinking I could make squares/blocks) but I like Darkling+Alina looking at each other.

This one has great blocking composition. So sad the show is cancelled . Was my favorite.
